Delivery

Where do we deliver ?

We ship and deliver all our Pan - India and we also cater to global customers.

-What are the delivery charges ?

Every purchase made through HZY for delivery (online payments ) within India qualifies for complimentary shipping and for COD orders a separate fee will be added. For orders to be shipped internationally, a separate fees applies, which will be clearly stated during the checkout process, depending upon the provided shipping destination.

-When can I expect my delivery ?

We ship all orders within 24 hrs of receiving them, until specified with a date of shipping ( in case of pre-orders).Kindly allow us 2-5 working days for your order to be delivered. International orders take 5-10 working days to get delivered.

-How can I track my order ?

You will receive an email from us with your tracking number and estimated date provided by our logistics.

-How can I pay for my order ?

Online purchases can be done through UPI and Bank Transfer. We do accept COD as well.

-I have received a faulty/damaged product. What do I do ?

Kindly drop in an email to info@hzyclo.com with the order number as well as pictures of proof on the defects. Once confirmed, our team will get back to you.

-Can I exchange an Item ?

We have an Exchange Policy of 5 days from the date of receiving the product. To nitiate an exchange contact us at info@hzyclo.com.
Adhering to our strict hygiene protocols, our team will inspect all returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards before approving or rejecting the exchange request.

Please be aware that we may refuse returns under certain conditions:

  • Product has been used.
  • Is damaged.
  • Or is missing its original tags.

Can I return the product for a refund ?
