HZY - Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At HZY, every product is quality-checked and packed with care to deliver a premium streetwear experience. If your order does not meet expectations, we provide a structured return and exchange process to support you. Please review the terms below before raising a request.

1. Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests raised after the allowed window will not be accepted.
  • All returns are subject to verification and quality inspection.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

A return will be approved only if all the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Product is in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.
  • No stains, odor, marks, or visible wear.
  • Product has not been altered or tampered with.

Note: Items that fail inspection will be rejected and sent back.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only in valid cases listed below.

Size Exchange

  • Allowed if the delivered size does not fit.
  • Subject to stock availability.
  • Only one exchange per item is permitted.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, refund may be processed as per refund rules.

Manufacturing Defect

  • If a product has a verified manufacturing defect, it will be replaced at no additional cost.
  • Clear photo or video proof is required.
  • Approval depends on quality verification.

Exchanges Not Applicable For

  • Change of mind.
  • Style or color preference change.
  • Products that have been used or washed.
  • Fit dissatisfaction after wear.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • Exchange is not possible due to size unavailability.
  • A defective item cannot be replaced.
  • A wrong item was delivered and replacement is unavailable.
  • A return is approved after inspection.

Refund Process

  • Returned item undergoes quality check.
  • Approval or rejection is communicated after review.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timeline: 7–10 working days after approval.

Refunds are issued only for the product value, subject to applicable deductions.

Note: For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the COD convenience charge is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, even if the order is returned or refunded.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Used, worn, or washed products.
  • Hygiene-sensitive or personal-use items (where applicable).
  • Clearance or final sale items marked non-returnable.
