At HZY, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and reliably. Every order is processed with strict quality checks and shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

1. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation (for prepaid orders) or order verification (for COD orders).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- During high-demand periods such as sales or new drops, processing time may extend slightly.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery time is 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Customer location.
- Serviceability of pin code.
- Courier partner operations.
- Peak sale periods or unforeseen logistics delays.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared so you can monitor your order status.
3. Shipping Charges & Payment Modes
Prepaid (Online Payment) Orders
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.
- No additional delivery or handling charges are applied.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- A ₹150 COD convenience charge is applied to all COD orders.
- This charge covers payment handling and logistics risk costs.
- The COD fee is added at checkout when COD is selected as the payment method.
4. COD Charge - Refund Rule
- The COD convenience charge is strictly non-refundable.
- In case of return, exchange, or refund approval, only the product value is eligible for refund.
- COD handling fees will not be reimbursed under any circumstance.
Customers are encouraged to use prepaid payment options for faster processing and zero additional charges.
5. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a valid contact number.
- Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
- If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address.
- Unreachable phone number.
- Repeated delivery rejection.
- The order may be returned to origin.
Reshipping may require additional charges in such cases.
6. Serviceability
- We ship across most serviceable pin codes in India.
- If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you to arrange an alternate solution or refund.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered, opened, or damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery if the damage is visible.
- Record an opening video if possible.
- Contact our support team immediately with proof.
This helps us resolve the issue faster.
